Privacy policy

1. Data controller
Reinort ("we") publishes the online game Reinort, available on web, iOS, Android and desktop apps. For any questions about your data: contact via Discord or the address listed on App Store Connect.
2. Data collected
- Account : email address, login identifier (Google/Discord OAuth if applicable), hashed password (via Supabase Auth — we do not store passwords in plain text).
- Game progress : characters, inventory, quests, position, statistics, chat messages linked to the account, guild data.
- Technical : server logs (connections, anti-cheat), transient IP address, session identifier.
We do not sell your data. No targeted advertising or third-party ad tracking in the application.
3. Purposes
Authentication, progress saving, real-time multiplayer, moderation, security (anti-cheat), player support and service improvement.
4. Sub-processors
- Supabase (EU) — authentication and database.
- Hetzner (EU) — game server and website hosting.
- Apple / Google — only if you use login via their OAuth service.
5. Account deletion
In the game (character selection screen or settings), use the Delete my accountbutton. All characters and associated progress are deleted. A backup copy is kept for 30 daysto allow restoration in case of error.
If you can no longer log in, you can submit a request via the form: reinort.com/en/account-deletion.
To request restoration within this period: contact via Discord or the address listed on App Store Connect, specifying the email of the deleted account.
6. Retention
Account and progress data is kept while the account is active. After deletion, archives are automatically erased after 30 days, unless legally required to retain them.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection: contact us. You may also file a complaint with the CNIL (France).
8. Children
Reinort is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated. The date at the top of the page indicates the last revision.
