Account deletion request

You can request the permanent deletion of your Reinort account and related data: characters, progress, inventory, quests, private messages and clan membership.

Immediate deletion in-game: log in at game.reinort.com — Delete my account (character selection screen or settings).

Via this form: if you can no longer log in, provide the email used at registration. We process requests within 30 days maximum(often faster).

A backup copy may be kept for 30 days maximum to allow restoration in case of error, in accordance with our privacy policy.
